Tax scam fraud is one of the many potential scams that are surfacing and targeting our older population. Because of respect and sometimes fear of the IRS, many seniors are quick to listen and do what the scammer is asking for them to do to avoid penalties and fines. Learn more about some of the common tax scams, how to avoid them, and how to protect yourself, others and especially seniors as they seem to be a common target for this type of scam.
