Caregiver stress is defined as suffering of the mind or body, as severe physical or mental strain. It is subjective and unique to each individual, and it can result in loss of energy, exhaustion, feeling out of control, feeling tense or nervous, lacking interest in things you used to like to do, or becoming isolated.
