There comes a time for most people when living independently is no longer an option. But, a move to a long-term care facility and the loss of independence can cause concern for many seniors. At this time, residents and families can find needed support from a facility ombudsman. This video discusses the role of the ombudsman and how they can help residents and families find peace of mind as they make a transition out of their homes and into long-term care.
